REFUND POLICY

Because Hearthmere Studio products are digital assets delivered via instant download or email, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal (EU Law) According to European Union law, the 14-day cooling-off period/right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun with your prior express consent. By purchasing or downloading digital art from our store, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the content and, therefore, lose your right to withdraw from the contract or claim a refund.

Refunds As digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the file has been sent. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase (you accidentally bought the same item twice in one transaction).

  • The digital file is corrupt or defective (and we are unable to provide a functional replacement).

Issues and Defects Please inspect your digital files upon receipt. If the file is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-refundable Items We cannot accept refund requests if:

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the file.

  • You lack the necessary software to open or use the file (file formats are always listed in the product description).

  • The item was purchased on sale or is a gift card.

Exchanges Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges.
